Respect access and privacy
Use this site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, introduce harmful code, bypass access controls, or attempt to access private data. We may restrict access to protect the site or stop misuse.
Clear terms for using safedev.org and starting a conversation about your product.
These terms apply to this website, run under the SafeDev name. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
SafeDev builds privacy-first apps on the Safe Network. Website access and paid engineering work have separate terms.
Use this site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, introduce harmful code, bypass access controls, or attempt to access private data. We may restrict access to protect the site or stop misuse.
You may read and link to our content. Other reuse needs permission unless the law or a stated licence allows it. Open-source code keeps its own licence terms. Our name and marks are not licensed for your promotion.
You must have the right to share material in an enquiry. Do not send passwords, private keys, or sensitive user records. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.
Sending an enquiry does not book work or create a paid contract. Site descriptions outline our services; they are not a binding offer.
Before work starts, the project agreement must set scope, fees, timing, ownership, confidentiality and support. It governs the services it covers if these website terms conflict.
This applies to new apps, migrations and ongoing engineering support. A general service description does not promise a specific result for your product.
Articles and code samples provide general guidance, not advice tailored to your system. Test before use. Linked sites and network tools have their own terms; SafeDev does not control their content or availability.
The site is provided as available, without a promise that it is error-free or always accessible. To the extent the law allows, SafeDev excludes liability for losses from reliance on site content. Nothing here limits liability or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Revisions apply to future site use. They do not change a signed project agreement.
Contact SafeDev before you rely on a term that is unclear. Have a project in mind? Let’s talk.
